RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We are very proud of our personalized keepsakes! Therefore, we offer a 100%
satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, just return the personalized
keepsake to us within 14 days of the shipping date and we will give you a
full refund, not including shipping and handling costs. Please note that this
guarantee covers manufacturing and shipping/handling defects only. Once we
receive the product and confirm that it is defective as previously outlined,
we will be happy to send a replacement keepsake at no charge. Our goal is
to provide the best products possible to our customers. If you feel that we
can improve on our products, please email
us with your recommendations.
SHIPPING

We attempt to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving and verifying your
order through email.
We ship all orders using USPS regular ground.
Faster shipping is available at an extra cost. If you would like this service
please contact us and we will inform you of the amount required.
International orders are accepted and additional shipping charges are included
below.
