HOW TO ORDER A SCROLL/KEEPSAKE
This site has been specifically designed as user friendly. To order the scroll/keepsake of your choice follow these simple directions.

Click onto either the
picture of the flying dragon, or the writing (First Names) underneath the
picture
This takes you to the introductory page of First Names
Click onto the link you
think might want (eg Patriotic), or chose the 'ALL' link which shows all of
the design backgrounds available
This takes you to the page with the designer backgrounds on it
Decide which background
you would like to order and then click onto that picture.
This will give you a larger view of the designer background and take you into
the ordering process
If you decide you want to order that background, fill in the appropriate details and then hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be taken
to the next stage of the ordering process
*If you are ordering by credit card, click onto the 'Credit' button and you
will be take to our secure site for ordering.
*If you are ordering by money order or check, click onto the 'Money order'
button and you will be taken to a form to complete and send in with your payment.
Click onto either the
picture of the Birthday Chronicle, or the writing (Birthday Chronicle) underneath
the picture
This takes you to the Birthday Chronicles order page
Fill in the appropriate details and then hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be taken
to the next stage of the ordering process

This takes you to the Anniversary Almanac order page
Fill in the appropriate details and then hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be taken
to the next stage of the ordering process

This takes you to the Proud Pedigree introductory page
Click onto the picture
with the dog on it, or the scroll with the cat details (or the writing underneath
either of the pictures)
This takes you to the selected animal's ordering page
Fill in the appropriate details and then hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be taken
to the next stage of the ordering process

*If you are ordering by money order or check, click onto the 'Money order'
button and you will be taken to a form to complete and send in with your payment.

picture of the rose & dove, or the writing (Inspirational Poems) underneath

This takes you to the introductory page of Poems
Click onto the link you
think might want (eg Romance/Marriage), or chose the 'ALL' link which shows
all of the poems
Decide which poem you
would like to order and remember the title (or if you're like me, write it
down)
Click onto the writing below the poem (Select a background) and this will
take you to the selection of generic backgrounds available.
Chose the background
you would like and then click onto that picture
This will take you to the ordering stage. In the section 'Verse Title' choose
the title from the drop down menu.
If you have chosen a
verse which requires a 'Name', 'Gender' or 'Last Name' please enter these
details in '*Name' section or you can just write all of the details in the
'Comments' part of the form.
Hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be
taken to the next stage of the ordering process
*If you are ordering by credit card, click onto the 'Credit' button and you
will be take to our secure site for ordering.
*If you are ordering by money order or check, click onto the 'Money order'
button and you will be taken to a form to complete and send in with your payment.
Click onto either the
picture with the name 'Carole' on it, or the writing ('N' is for Name) underneath
the picture
This takes you to the 'N' is for Name order page
Fill in the appropriate details and choose the background from the drop down menu.Hit the 'submit' button.
You will then be taken
to the next stage of the ordering process
*If you are ordering by credit card, click onto the 'Credit' button and you
will be take to our secure site for ordering.
*If you are ordering by money order or check, click onto the 'Money order'
button and you will be taken to a form to complete and send in with your payment.
Go to
the page with the background you wish to order and fill in the appropriate
information.
Hit the 'submit' button towards the bottom of the page and this will then
take you to the thank you page.
You can then hit the 'Credit' button and this will take you to the shop part
of our web-site. This is a secure site.
A picture will be there of the background you have just ordered.
(The personal information you entered WILL NOT be viewable on the background
at this stage. This is done after the order is received
If you ordered a poem, the poem WILL NOT be printed on the background, this
is also done after the order is received!)
If this is the correct background, hit the 'Add to Order' button.
Your order details will now be transferred onto the 'View Order' page and
you can then proceed to checkout, clear your order completely or continue
shopping.
IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE SHOPPING
To continue
shopping after placing your first order for a background, click onto the 'continue
shopping' link just above your order form.
This then takes you to a page with the heading "Main Product Category"
and a toolbar. On the right hand side of the toolbar (on the top right of
your screen) there is a 'CONTIN' button - click onto this to continue
shopping.
It will take you back to the page where all of the backgrounds are displayed.
You then pick the background you would like to add to your order and then
follow the process through.
This background will now be added into your original shopping cart.
